The purification column is filled with a large amount of glass fiber membrane, which is based on the glass fiber extraction method to quickly extract nucleic acid technology. Purification columns can be used for single-stranded or double-stranded DNA or RNA in impurities containing salts, solvents, enzymes, or proteins. The nucleic acid is adsorbed on the glass fiber at high salt concentration, and the salt and impurities are removed during the cleaning step. Pure DNA/RNA is washed from the membrane with water or TE buffer.
