Steps to comply with current standards:

1. After fully stirring the urine sample, take 10ml of urine and put it into the urine sediment centrifuge tube.
2. Centrifuge at 1000-1500R For 5 minutes.
3. Discard the supernatant after centrifugation, leaving 0.2ml of urine sediment.
4. Shake the centrifuge tube to mix the urine sediment thoroughly.
5. Use a micro capillary pipette to draw 15-20μl of urine sediment and pour it into the counting cell.
6. Observe under a microscope with a magnification of 400 times.
7. Reporting method: red blood cells (white blood cells, epithelial cells, casts) xx/μl
